Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
1 small grated onion
1 egg
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: shredded cheese, chopped herbs, spices
Burger buns, lettuce, tomato, and toppings of choice
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, oil, and seasonings
2. Form into 4 even patties and chill for 10–15 minutes
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly oil
4. Cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side or until internal temp is 165°F
5. Rest patties 3 minutes before serving
6. Assemble with toppings and buns
7. Serve hot with sides of choice
