Ingredients
2 eggs
1 tablespoon water
⅓ cup dry bread crumbs
⅓ cup instant mashed potato flakes
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
4 (4 ounce) fillets walleye
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and grease a baking sheet.
2. Beat eggs and water together in a bowl until smooth; set aside.
3. Combine bread crumbs, potato flakes, Parmesan cheese, and seasoned salt in another bowl.
4. Dip each walleye fillet into the egg mixture, then press into the breadcrumb mixture to coat well.
5. Place coated fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
