Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

2 cups powdered sugar

1/4 cup butter, softened

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla.

2. Gradually stir in powdered sugar until dough forms.

3. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined tray.

4. Chill for 30 minutes until firm.

5. Melt chocolate chips and dip each ball using a fork or skewer.

6. Place back on parchment and chill until set.

Notes

For crunch, add 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers or rice cereal.

Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2 months.

Use natural peanut butter only if well mixed; avoid oil separation.
