Ingredients
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 banana
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
3/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup, chia seeds, almond butter
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
2. Blend for 60 seconds or until completely smooth.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Notes
