Description
These tuna tostadas are quick, flavorful, and perfect for lunch or light dinner. Crispy shells, creamy tuna, and fresh toppings all in one bite.
Ingredients
4 tostada shells
1 (5 oz) can of tuna, drained
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp lime juice
Dash of hot sauce (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 avocado, sliced
2 radishes, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded cabbage or lettuce
Fresh cilantro leaves
Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, lime juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
2. Warm the tostadas in the oven for 3–5 minutes if desired.
3. Spread tuna mixture on each tostada shell.
4. Top with avocado, radish, cabbage, and cilantro.
5. Serve with lime wedges and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Use Greek yogurt instead of mayo for a lighter version.
Store tuna salad separately if making ahead.
