  • Walleye Fillets: 4 (4-ounce)

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Oven and Baking Sheet:
    • Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Mix the Egg Wash:
    • In a small bowl, beat the eggs with water until smooth. Set aside.
