Ingredients:

  • Chicken Thighs: 6 skin-on, bone-in pieces

Directions:

  1. Prepare for Baking:
    • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a wire rack inside a broiler pan or baking pan to keep the chicken elevated during cooking.
  2. Season the Chicken:
