Ingredients:

  • Butter: 1 tablespoon, plus ¼ cup for sauce
  • Large Eggs: 12, well beaten
  • Crescent Rolls: 2 (8 ounce) cans, refrigerated
  • Hollandaise Sauce Mix: 1 (.9 ounce) package
  • Milk: ⅔ cup
  • Cooked Ham: 3 cups, diced
  • Sharp Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup, shredded

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Eggs:
    • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the beaten eggs and cook, stirring constantly, until they reach your desired doneness. Remove from heat.
